Fred Oaks
Fred Oaks has mentored dozens of pastors as Coordinator of the Pastoral Leadership Program of the Kern Family Foundation in Wisconsin. A pastor since 1981, he knows the value of building successful pastor - congregation partnerships. He has also served as a consultant with the Lilly Endowment funded Indianapolis Center for Congreations.
