Kristin Swick Wong has written for Adoption Today, World Magazine, FamilyLife, and Today's Christian Woman. Her active (sometimes chaotic) family life gives her plenty of interesting material to write about. Carried Safely Home came into the world because she felt compelled to share the beautiful stories of her two sons' adoptions from Vietnam. Her four children give her new ideas every day as she writes Homeschooling For Skeptics which releases in 2008.

In brief moments of free time, Kristin enjoys her cello, conversation with friends, days by the lake, and traveling. When she can't explore new places herself, she finds that snuggling up on the couch reading great books with her children is a pretty satisfying substitute. She also loves her work as Bible teacher and speaker. She revels in sharing the beauty and riches of adoption, homeschooling, and walking towards God.
